Three technical replicates are shown with the mean value indicated by a line. b, Representative ITC raw data and binding isotherm for MD2 interacting with MraYAA WT in the presence of 10 mM MgCl2; KD = 17.2 nM, ΔH° = −10.1 kcal/mol. This ITC experiment was performed in triplicate (technical replicates) and mean thermodynamic parameters are shown in Extended Data Table 2.
