Effect of s.c. administered 1400W (1 mg·kg−1 twice daily) for 7 days on B1 receptor expression in (A, A′) renal cortex, (B, B′) thoracic aorta and (C, C′) liver. The expression of B1 receptors was measured at the protein level by western blot (A, B, C) and at mRNA level by qRT‐PCR (A′, B′, C′).
