Effect of s.c. administered 1400W (1 mg·kg−1 twice daily) for 7 days on IL‐1β expression in (A, A′) renal cortex, (B, B′) thoracic aorta and (C, C′) liver. The expression of IL‐1β was measured at the protein level by western blot (A, B, C) and at mRNA level by qRT‐PCR (A′, B′, C′).
