(A) TRPV2 channel activator (probenecid, 1 mM) induced a long‐lasting Ca²⁺ _i increase, the effect was countered by the TRPV inhibitor ruthenium red (10 μM). (B) Ruthenium red pre‐treatment prevented the Ca²⁺ _i increase induced by probenecid. (C) Ca²⁺ _i oscillations induced by TRPV4 channel activator (4α‐PDD, 10 μM) was decreased by the TRPV4 inhibitor RN‐1734 (10 μM).
