Interleukin-17 regulates myeloid cells in UVR-exposed skin. Wild-type and IL-17R−/− mice were irradiated with UVB (200 mJ/cm−2) on shaved back skin once a day for four consecutive days. Skin tissues were harvested 24 h after the last UVR and digested with collagenase. (A) Skin cells were stained and analyzed by flow cytometry.
