Optimization of the composition of a mixed SAM layer composed of OEG-COOH and OEG ratio (black 1+3, red 1+5, green 1+15) with its influence on the sensitivity of detection of MAA lectin (analyte, inset figure) by the glycan biosensor. Calibration curves for Maackia amurensis agglutinin (MAA) detection by the glycan biosensors built up on a mixed SAM with three different composition are shown, as well. At least three independent electrodes were used for data generation.
