Tx, treatment.
The observed baseline data reflect all records for randomized patients. The observed month 12 data represent patients who provided data at both baseline and month 12. The observed extension data represent patients who provided data at both baseline and during the extended follow-up period, regardless of whether they provided a month 12 measure.
For the unadjusted change, numbers are the randomized patients providing baseline, 12-month, and Extension Study measurements. For adjusted results, all available data are used.
