Thymoquinone and controls were administered 30 min before the injection of each doses of morphine during the 3-day administration schedule (but not on the fourth day). Naloxone (2 mg/kg, i.p.) was administered 2 hours before the injection of the last dose of morphine (50 mg/kg, i.p.) on the fourth day. Control: Normal saline + Tween 80 (0.8%, v/v); Values are the mean ± SEM for 7 mice;
