a. The immunofluorescence imaging results show that SS can block NF-κB to enter the nucleus by attenuating TNFα simulative effect in MDA-MB-231 cells, but SSA doesn't. The treatments include the vehicle control (0.1% DMSO), TNFα (25 ng/ml), TNFα+SS (50 μM), and TNFα+ SSA (4 μM). Red: NF-κB antibody; Blue: DAPI. Images were captured by using Nikon Eclipse Ti Laser Confocal Scanning Microscopy.b. Quantitative analysis of NF-κB in the nucleus.
