(A) In step 1 of the suture construct passage, the long limb of the FiberTape is passed through the Chia passing wire, which was passed through the cannulated guidewire and pulled out the anterolateral portal. (B) In step 2, the long limb of the FiberTape is then threaded back through the Dog Bone Button in the opposite direction of the previously threaded short limb. The 4 free limbs are then looped through the Chia passing wire, and the suture tape construct is ready to be passed through the tunnels.
