All data were normalized to endogenous house-keeping genes Alinβ-actin (GenBank No. GQ477013) and relative fold changes are normalized to transcript level of the first instar nymph or abdomen. The error bars represents the standard errors, and the different letters a, b, c, and d indicate significant differences (p < 0.05) among different samples. The similar results were obtained with AlinElongation factor (GenBank No. AEY99651) as internal control (Figure S2).
