Differential phosphorylation levels of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) α-Thr172 in all the neonatal rat cardiac fibroblast groups. Cells were incubated with compound C (10 µM) for 1 h in advance, then treated with AICAR and infected with CVB3 for 48 h. Phosphorylation levels of AMPK α-Thr172 were detected, and the same membrane was stripped and reprobed with GAPDH antibody.
