Compared to the MCAO group, the p-JNK expression level significantly decreased in the MCAO+CGRP group; in addition, the JNK expression level did not significantly change. Compared to the MCAO+CGRP, the p-JNK expression levels in the MCAO+CGRP+CGRP8–37, MCAO+CGRP+PD98059 and MCAO+CGRP+SB203580 groups significantly increased, whereas no change in the JNK expression level was identified.
