Influence of TGF-β1 on TNBC cell signal transduction pathways. (A) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 5 ng/ml TGF-β1 and then analyzed by western blot analysis. Smad2 protein and phosphorylation of Smad2 protein, P38 protein and phosphorylation of P38 protein band were increased in cells treated with TGF-β1. (B) Densitometric analysis of the western blot.
