Effect of various folate concentrations on the expression of miR-375 and miR-203 in the CaSki cervical cancer cell line. Total RNA was purified from the cell pellets, and analyzed by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction in order to determine the expression levels of miR-375 and miR-203.
