Notes: The relative mRNA expression levels were evaluated with real-time qPCR. c-Myc protein levels were determined using Western blot assay. Each experiment was performed in triplicate. (A) c-Myc siRNA significantly downregulated the expression of c-Myc at mRNA levels in H1975 cells.
