Filter matings and conjugation frequencies of pRM27. Conjugation frequencies are expressed as the number of transconjugants divided by the number of donors. Donor RN4220 pCN36 pRM27 was resistant to kanamycin, mupirocin, and tetracycline. Recipients were resistant to rifampin and novobiocin except for S. epidermidis VCU129 which was resistant to erythromycin.
