Demographic, plasma lipid, and apolipoprotein traits measured from one P376L homozygote, eight heterozygotes, and noncarrier controls from subjects identified from sequencing or genotyping of the Penn High HDL Study cohort for deep phenotyping. Lipid measurements from plasma were performed using an autoanalyzer. Where applicable, data are presented as means ± SD. Numbers correspond to groups for comparison. Group 1, normal HDL-C controls; group 2, high HDL-C controls; group 3, SCARB1 P376L heterozygotes.Tested: ANOVA or chi-square.
