Relative transcript concentrations of 12 acid-base relevant transporters in the anterior intestine of Gadus morhua acclimated to three different seawater pH and two temperature levels for 4 weeks. Expression levels were normalized to the geometric mean of the housekeeping genes UCE2a and RPL4. Different letters denote significant differences between pH treatments whereas asterisks indicate differences between temperature treatments (*p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01).
