Group D had significant upregulation for IL-1β compared with group B or C (p < 0.01). For IL-4 and IL-10, groups C and D had significant downregulation compared with group B after 4 weeks of rotatory normogravity stimulus or hypergravity (p < 0.05). Although the expression of IL-5 showed some tendency to be decreased in group D, there was no statistically significant difference (p > 0.05). For IFN-γ, group C had significant downregulation (group B versus C, p < 0.001), which was recovered to a normal level in group D (group C versus D, p = 0.030).
