A. Fluorescein angiogram evaluation, showing fluorescein leakage with focal areas of hyperfluorescence in Hcy-injected mice compared to normal retinal appearance in vehicle-injected eyes. The leakage was confirmed by measuring the albumin leakage in the retinas by western blotting, which was significantly increased in the Hcy-injected mice eyes, *p < 0.05 C. B. OCT examination revealed features of AMD, such as hyporeflective subretinal lucency (mouse 1&2, yellow arrows), sub retinal fluid and choroidal neovascularization (mouse 3, yellow arrows). D. Choroidal neovascularization were confirmed by staining of the frozen section with blood vessel marker isolectin-B4 (yellow arrows).
