(A) H292, H1975, and H358 cells were incubated with various concentrations of physalin A (PA) for 24 h. Cell lysates were isolated for Western blot analysis to detect Bcl-2 and XIAP protein levels. β-actin was used as a loading control. (B) H292 cells were treated with 15 μM PA for 4, 8 and 12 h after which the mRNA and protein levels of Bcl-2, XIAP and GAPDH or β-actin were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot analyses, respectively. GAPDH was used as a loading control for RT-PCR, and β-actin was used as a loading control for Western blot analysis.
