HCT116 A. and SW480 B. cells in 96-well plates were transiently transfected with SuperTop Flash construct (80 ng) and Renillaplasmids (8 ng) in each well. After incubation for 3 h, cells were treated with indicated concentrations of Bisleuconothine A (BLA) for 24 h, and the luciferase activity was then measured and normalized to the activity of the Renilla.
