Scratch wound healing assay, transwell migration and invasion assay proved that CREPT-siRNA significantly impaired the ability of migration and invasion in Calu-1 and H838 cells. A-D. Scratch wound healing assay results showed that NC-siRNA and blank control cells migrated and the open area was almost healed after 48 hours. However, the healing of the open area was markedly attenuated when CREPT was knocked down. E, F. Transwell migration assay showed that the numbers of cells migrating through the membrane were greatly reduced when CREPT was knocked down. G, H.
