Protective effects of POL against DSS induced UC. The ulcerative Colitis was induced by administration with 5% dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) for 7 d. The different dosage of POL (100, 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg) were orally administrated for 7 d, respectively. (A) The body weight change and (B) the disease activity index score were evaluated daily.
