TGF-β1 promotes migration and invasion of 8505C and SW1736 cells by SMAD2/S100A4/MMPs signaling. 8505C cells were treated with hrTGF-β1, or transfected with SMAD siRNA, S100A4 siRNA or exposure to BB94, then treated with hrTGF-β1. A. pSMAD2, S100A4, MMP-2,9 protein was detected by western blot assay. B. pSMAD2, S100A4, MMP2,9 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR assay.
