Figure 1E

39-year-old woman with right radial neuropathy on electrodiagnostic testing. Longitudinal sonogram of the right posterior interosseous nerve 3 months after surgery demonstrates persistent swelling of the posterior interosseous nerve (arrowheads) proximal to the supinator muscle (S), but the nerve within the supinator (arrows) is of higher caliber than preoperatively, consistent with successful radial tunnel release.
