The miRNAs with expression level ≥2 TPM were listed (416 miRNAs). miRNAs that satisfied the criteria “|log₂FC| ≥1” and P <0.05 were considered as “significantly up-regulated” or “significantly down-regulated”. miRNAs that differed by 1>|log₂FC|≥0.25 were assigned to “slightly up-regulated” or “slightly down-regulated”. miRNAs that did not fall into either of the above-mentioned categories were characterized as “unobviously regulated”
