Involucrin expression is downregulated in the skin of interleukin-4 (IL-4) transgenic (Tg) mice. The expression of involucrin was compared between wild-type (WT) mice and IL-4 Tg mice at both mRNA and protein levels. Mouse GAPDH was used as the internal control.
