For each device, both the experimentally measured frequency stability (green) and the analytically calculated thermomechanical limit at a temperature of 300 K for the frequency determination (orange) are plotted. The dependence of both magnitudes with the mass of the device is similar ~ m−1/2. The dashed lines represent the best fit for each set of data (thermomechanical-noise-limited and experimental). Supplementary Figure S1 shows complete mapping of the references with the datapoints.
