In vitro screening of antagonistic activity of 30 bacterial isolates, including APEC128 against mycelial growth of anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides by disc diffusion assay. The inhibition zone was measured 5 days after incubating at 25°C. The experiment was conducted at least twice with eight replications per treatment with similar results. Bars indicate the standard error of the mean, and bars with the same letters do not differ significantly between each other according to the least significant difference (P < 0.05).
