The results of the XTT test carried out after 4 days of static and dynamic cell culture. MG-63 cells were cultured on the surface of 3D calcite samples. Almost all cells cultured under static condition were dead. At the same time, there was a high number of viable cells cultured on the calcite scaffold under dynamic conditions in the bioreactor. The results are presented as the absorbance level: mean ± standard deviation (SD) (n = 6). The differences between the groups were statistically significant (p < 0.001) (Mann–Whitney test).
