The effect of steamed and fermented C. lanceolata on escape latency in Aβ-induced memory impaired mice in the Morris water maze test. The donepezil (1 mg/kg body weight, PO) and the steamed and fermented C. lanceolata (SFC) groups (300, 500, and 800 mg/kg body weight, PO) are treated for 90 minutes before cognitive impairment by Aβ administration. The escape latency of each groups' training trial session are presented. The values shown are the mean escape latency ± SEM (n = 7).
