Nmic and NMtDNA refer, respectively, to the number of individuals typed for microsatellite analyses and the number mitochondrial sequences obtained. In Pyrénées-Orientales, due to the very small number of individuals collected in each trap, the sample consists of a mix of samples collected in 2012 in different locations (Reynes, Maureillas, Ceret ; see Supplementary Table 1).
