Aldara cream was applied to the shaved backs of mice for 7 days. Splenocytes were isolated from WT mice and mice bearing Nfatc1−/− B cells and adoptively transferred to mb1-cre homozygous mice 3 days before Aldara application. Each experiment was performed three times with four mice in each group. (a) Naked eye picture examination of psoriasis-like skin inflammation (erythema, scaling and thickening) in mice treated with Aldara. (b) mPASI after application of Aldara. Two-tailed unpaired Student's t-test was used for statistical analysis. Data are shown as means±s.e.m.
