Dose-dependent inhibition for cell proliferation by the indicated peptides. Asynchronously growing HeLa cells were treated with various concentrations of the indicated compounds. The resulting cells were harvested at the 0, 12, 24 and 48 h time points and then quantified. The relative cell numbers for the indicated time points were determined in comparison to those of the respective 0 h time point sample. The IC₅₀ values of cell proliferation inhibition for indicated compounds were calculated using the data points from the 48 h samples.
