All groups of mice were given ip injections of ovalbumin (OVA) and alum on day −14 and day −7 relative to the beginning of the challenge period. All groups were given a single recall challenge on day 31. Open circles represent challenge with saline. Closed circles represent challenge with 1% OVA.
