Effects of N/OFQ, dermorphin and DeNo in calcium mobilisation experiments performed in CHO cells stably expressing the human NOP or Mu receptor and the Gαqi5 protein. Data are expressed as the mean (±SEM) of at least 3 experiments performed in duplicate. For potency values 95% confidence limits were indicated. Data have been analysed with one way ANOVA followed by the Dunnett’s test for multiple comparisons; p values less than 0.05 were considered to be significant.
