Two groups of naive mice were injected i.p. with 2 × or 4 × LD50 of RT mixed with immunized sera, respectively. All mice survived and P > 0.05 indicated no significant titer difference in weight loss between the subgroups. As control, 90% of mice died within the first 2 d. The survival of mice was observed daily for 10 d.
