The ΔD% values represent the average difference of deuterium incorporation between apo (DBP alone) and the corresponding holo (DBP-antibody complex) states across all experimental time points. Negative values of ΔD% indicate less deuterium incorporation in the holo state. Peptides with significantly less D% induced by binding to 2D10, 2H2, or 2C6 are highlighted with a red, orange, or yellow background, respectively.
