Treatment with CUDC-101 reduces growth of 22Rv1 xenografts in SCID mice. Right panel change in weight of treated and control mice at baseline and after receiving CUDC-101 or DMSO for 14 days. Left panel 2 × 105 22Rv1 cells mixed with Matrigel were injected in the R flank of SCID mice. A sc tumor became palpable within 2 weeks.
