Note that θ r is residual volumetric water content, θ s is saturated volumetric water content, K s is saturated hydraulic conductivity, Δz is spatial spacing size, Δt is time-step size, θ L  (initial cond) is initial value of volumetric water content, and α, β, A, and B are fitting coefficients.
