∗All previous experiments cited here have used immunoprecipitates of cell lysate that was transiently transfected with full length LRRK2 except [24] which has used GST-LRRK2 [1326–2527] for transfection. The kinase activities have been detected by either [γ-32P] ATP or phospho-LRRK2 antibodies such as pS910 or pS935.
