Overall model chi square (ChiSq) was always significant (P < 0.0001). The model fit is indicated by −2 × log likelihood as calculated by SAS (higher indicates better fit). The P values for each variable are shown; group × time and time were significant (P < 0.05) in all cases, and age was not significant in any model.
