Conservation coupling of a zinc-finger motif gal4 and a helix–loop–helix motif pho4. Since typical conservation couplings are often reflected in the “contour shape” (e.g., U or bell shape) of the motif logo (a graphical display of the spatial pattern of information content over all sites), we can understand this property as a “shape bias.”
