Fig. 1 — Taxonomic distributions of the eukaryotic virus-related sequences from duck gut virome. Assembled sequences were compared to the reference sequences in the viral protein database using BLASTx (E score, 10⁻³). The number of sequences with identities to eukaryotic viruses is shown
