Three independent H3K9QK14QK18Q strains were shown in the figure. B, analyses of luciferase activity in wild-type, frq-luc and H3K9QK14QK18Q, frq-luc strains. Three independent H3K9QK14QK18Q, frq-luc strains were used to test the luciferase activity and all strains lost the rhythmic luciferase activity compared with wild-type. One wild-type, frq-luc and one H3K9QK14QK18Q, frq-luc strain result was shown in the figure.
