Mechanical allodynia was measured using von Frey hairs and the 50% paw withdrawal threshold was calculated by the up-down method. Statistical analysis using two-way repeated measures ANOVA revealed a significant group effect (p=0.0001), time effect (p=0.0001) and a time by group interaction (p=0.0053). Bonferroni post-hoc analysis was used to determine differences between groups at specified time points. *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001 between Cisplatin+Vehicle and Cisplatin + PFT-μ. n=8/group.
