CK, PKF, and LDH are creatine kinase, phosphofructokinase and lactate dehydrogenase, respectively; CS and β-HAD are citrate synthase and β-hydroxyacyl-CoA-dehydrogenase, respectively. COx is cytochrome-c oxidase activity (a.u.: arbitrary unit; optical density).
