LT₅₀ was calculated from three independent experiments in which all the ecotypes were present (n = 15 plants). Bd21 and Bd2-3 were considered as sensitive and tolerant ecotypes, respectively. Submergence light control and 2 d stress mRNAs were used for RNA-Seq and considered as the control (c) and stress (s) transcriptomes, respectively.
